The school counselor and Registered Professional Counselor (RPC) at Durham School of Technology will share a practical adult Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) reset technique for handling challenging situations with grace and composure. Participants will gain insight into recognizing differences between bullying and peer conflicts, including cyberbullying examples, and will be empowered with knowledge about the school's reporting procedures. Through engaging role-playing exercises, attendees will practice using respectful language and restorative inquiries to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
