Description: This faculty meeting will focus on strengthening instructional practices and school-wide systems through a data-driven and student-centered approach. Key topics will include analysis of benchmark data to inform instruction, refinement of Professional Learning Community (PLC) focus areas, and strategies to increase classroom engagement through effective instructional practices. Staff will explore the implementation of project-based learning (PBL) to deepen student understanding and promote real-world application of skills. Emphasis will also be placed on establishing rigorous, skill-building goals aligned to standards, and ensuring lesson plans are tightly aligned to curriculum expectations and instructional priorities. Additionally, the meeting will address student support systems, including updates on interventions, MTSS referrals, and the use of restorative practices to improve school culture and student outcomes. Faculty will review behavior data to identify trends and inform proactive strategies. Progress toward School Improvement Plan (SIP) goals will be evaluated, and updates on the Green Ribbon School initiative will be shared to reinforce the school’s commitment to sustainability, health, and environmental stewardship.
