Description: This Lunch & Learn session will provide Ignite Online Academy staff with updates on school improvement priorities, student data trends, and instructional expectations as we move through the second half of the school year. Staff will review mid-year academic data, attendance outcomes, and subgroup progress connected to the school’s improvement goals. The session will highlight expectations for assessment practices using MasteryConnect, consistent data tracking for PLC collaboration, and strategies to strengthen student engagement in the virtual classroom. Participants will also engage in a brief implicit bias mini-session and a data reflection activity using EVAAS protocols to examine patterns, ask questions, and consider instructional implications. The goal of this session is to strengthen alignment across teams, improve the use of instructional data, and support teachers in making informed decisions that elevate student learning and engagement.
