Description: This collaborative professional development session is designed to help teachers strategically plan for the final weeks of school using student data to maximize growth and achievement. Teachers will work in grade-level teams to analyze current assessment data, classroom performance, and progress monitoring results to identify priority standards, unfinished learning, and opportunities for acceleration. Throughout the session, teachers will collaborate to create clear instructional plans, align resources, share effective strategies, and set measurable goals for student success during the remaining weeks of school. Participants will leave with a focused roadmap to ensure every instructional moment is purposeful, data-informed, and impactful. Grades K–2, will focus on foundational literacy and numeracy data to plan targeted small-group instruction, interventions, and review opportunities that strengthen essential skills before the end of the year. Grades 3–5, will examine reading, math and science data to prioritize standards-based instruction, close learning gaps, and provide meaningful enrichment that prepares students for the next grade level.

Description: This professional development session prepares staff for the successful administration of End-of-Grade (EOG) assessments by ensuring a clear understanding of testing expectations, procedures, and responsibilities. Participants will review state testing policies, including standardized administration protocols, test security, accommodations, and ethical practices. The session will also provide guidance on preparing students for testing, managing the testing environment, and addressing potential challenges during administration. By the end of the training, staff will be equipped to implement testing procedures with fidelity, maintain compliance with all regulations, and create a calm, supportive testing experience that promotes student success.
