Description: During this collaborative session, teachers will engage in focused data analysis to inform instruction for the remainder of the school year. Teachers in grades 3–5 will examine recent student performance data, including benchmark and interim assessments, to identify strengths, gaps, and priority standards. Based on this analysis, teams will develop targeted instructional plans and action steps to accelerate student learning and prepare effectively for End-of-Grade (EOG) testing. Teachers in grades K–2 will analyze ongoing formative assessment data to determine current student needs in foundational skills. Using this information, teams will create strategic plans to guide instruction over the final seven weeks of the school year, with an emphasis on skill mastery, intervention, and enrichment. All teams will leave the session with clear, actionable next steps, aligned instructional priorities, and a shared commitment to maximizing student growth.
