Description: This session equips high school leads with the knowledge and strategies to strengthen comprehensive school counseling programs aligned with district priorities and the ASCA National Model® 5th Edition. Participants will explore data informed leadership practices, build their capacity to coach and support counseling teams, and develop an action plan to maximize program impact and improve student outcomes throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
