Description: This professional development session equips K–5th grade teachers with the knowledge and tools to implement effective guided math groups in their classrooms. Participants will explore how to structure small-group instruction, use data to form flexible, needs-based groupings, and design targeted mini-lessons that address specific skill gaps and extend learning for advanced students. The session will also cover management strategies for running independent/rotation stations while working with a small group, ensuring the whole classroom stays productively engaged.
