Teachers will engage in guided support to log in, navigate their reports, and build a foundational understanding of how EVAAS data can inform instructional decisions, Certified Staff and Classified staff will be trained on testing compliances for End Of Grade testing. 3-5 teachers will create their 3-week EOG schedule for remediation, intervention, and enrichment. Teachers in grades K–2 will analyze MCLASS and ongoing formative assessment data to determine current student needs in foundational skills.

Description: This collaborative professional development session is designed to help teachers strategically plan for the final weeks of school using student data to maximize growth and achievement. Teachers will work in grade-level teams to analyze current assessment data, classroom performance, and progress monitoring results to identify priority standards, unfinished learning, and opportunities for acceleration. Throughout the session, teachers will collaborate to create clear instructional plans, align resources, share effective strategies, and set measurable goals for student success during the remaining weeks of school. Participants will leave with a focused roadmap to ensure every instructional moment is purposeful, data-informed, and impactful. Grades K–2, will focus on foundational literacy and numeracy data to plan targeted small-group instruction, interventions, and review opportunities that strengthen essential skills before the end of the year.
