Description: “Reset, Refocus, Reignite: Staff Wellness Day” is a rejuvenating professional development experience designed to support educators’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This session recognizes that healthy, grounded, and energized staff are essential to creating safe, supportive, and productive learning environments for students. Participants will engage in interactive wellness stations, mindfulness practices, and reflective activities centered on stress management, work-life balance, emotional regulation, and strategies for maintaining a positive mindset when working in high-needs or high-stress school settings.
