Principals and assistant principals will analyze disproportionality data, with a focus on EC, Black, and Hispanic scholars, and deepen their understanding of restorative practices as a proactive alternative to exclusionary discipline. The session provides clear accountability metrics, user-friendly tools, and practical strategies to support immediate implementation at the school level. Leaders will leave with an action plan template and concrete next steps to reduce disparities, strengthen equity, and cultivate restorative school cultures.
