The sessions will cover all subareas of the Pearson Foundations of Reading(FOR) and all categories of Praxis CKT7813 Math. During four sessions in the fall (4 consecutive Thursdays beginning 10/19), Beginning Teachers will be provided with content, tools and strategies needed to pass both tests. BTs will be asked to complete practice work between sessions based on the topic of each session. If teachers have taken a test and failed, the presenter will analyze student scores and conference with the teachers during scheduled appointments. Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18. Curriculum is also helpful to staff members who work with elementary aged students.
