Effective supervision is more than oversight—it’s a dynamic, reflective, and intentional process that shapes the professional identities of future practitioners. This session is REQUIRED for all staff who want to supervise an intern.

The session includes practical planning exercises, a template for direct instruction, and strategies for student check-ins and differentiation. Be prepared to design and share a lesson with other attendees, implementing skills from the session.
