Description: In this collaborative learning session, grade-level teams will engage in a structured process for building balanced and equitable class rosters for the upcoming school year. Using the district’s data analysis protocol, participants will examine multiple sources of student data—including academic performance, behavioral trends, and instructional needs—to inform placement decisions. Emphasis will be placed on aligning class composition with instructional priorities, ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities, and supporting diverse learner needs. Teams will engage in guided discussion and data reflection to make intentional, student-centered decisions that promote success for all learners.
