About me
Tiffany utilizes her extensive background in acting, dramaturgy, and performance studies to navigate her unique approach to theatre making and education, emphasizing process and collaboration. She currently works at the School for Creative Studies where she received the 2023 Beginning Teacher of the Year award. Previously, Tiffany worked as the Education Associate & Community Engagement Coordinator with Mill Mountain Theatre in Roanoke, Virginia, and served as a Teaching Artist with Moonlit Wings Productions in the Washington, D.C./ NOVA community and the American Shakespeare Center in Staunton, Virginia. Tiffany is a graduate of Mary Baldwin University's Shakespeare and Performance MLitt/MFA program in partnership with the American Shakespeare. Her particular areas of interest include modern interpretation & adaptation of classical works, devising, and applied theatre. She firmly believes in the powerful role that theatre plays in education and its function as an interdisciplinary teaching tool for learners of all ages!
