About me
Tameko Piggee has worked and resided in North Carolina for 27 years. Tameko is a graduate of Texas Southern University, and she has worked in human services since graduating. The bulk of her experience has been in child welfare and dealing with children with complex trauma. In addition, she has a master’s degrees in sociology and social work. As a professional, she has over 25 years of case management experience and 4 years of clinical therapy experience serving children and adults. Furthermore, she is a certified school social worker in the State of North Carolina and is currently employed at Burton Elementary. Ms. Piggee is passionate about helping children and families succeed and reach their fullest potential.
