About me
Hey, my name is Julie and I have been working in Durham Public Schools since 2011. In the role of an EC Teacher I worked in a handful of elementary schools until I began working as an EC Facilitator in 2019. This year I have been able to work at a number of schools but my assigned schools are Little River and Mangum. Prior to my time with DPS, I taught upper elementary and middle school students for 10 years in Washington state. My background in both the general education and resource settings has been very valuable. Collaborating with EC teams to support our students is the best part of my job.
