Joy Hill Malone is an enthusiastic and devoted wife, mother (of a DPS Shepard IB scholar), and servant leader.  
She is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
For 16 years, she progressed in Corporate America by her ability to bridge the languages of business and technology in global organizations across numerous industries.
In 2021, she chose to dedicate her talents to public education and serves as the Executive Director of Information Technology with Durham Public Schools.
