Description: Making Every Minute Matter: Learning Centers that Support Small Group Instruction is designed to help K–5 educators create meaningful, standards-aligned learning centers that maximize instructional time during teacher-led small-group lessons. Participants will explore how to use student data to identify learning needs, create flexible groups, and differentiate center activities for students who are below, on, or above grade level. The session will also provide practical examples using district provided resources, along with strategies for establishing routines, promoting student independence, and using center work as ongoing formative assessment.
