Description: The second session in this series moves alternatively licensed teachers from awareness of their responsibilities to application and sustained change in practice. Grounded in Learning Forward’s Standards for Professional Learning, participants will engage in active learning and collaborative inquiry using authentic teacher-of-record situations. They will examine evidence, surface assumptions, determine appropriate action, rehearse professional communication, and receive feedback from colleagues. Each participant will leave with a practical decision-making process and an implementation plan that will be strengthened through continued mentor support, reflection, and evidence of impact.
