Description: Ready to make Career Development Plans more meaningful and manageable? Join the DPS Career and Technical Education Department for an engaging session on implementing Career Development Plans with Durham students using the new NCcareers platform. School counselors will explore how NCcareers can support career exploration, student planning, and meaningful conversations about future pathways. Participants will leave with practical strategies for integrating Career Development Plans into their school counseling practice and helping students connect their interests, goals, education, and future careers.
