In this interactive session, teams will engage in collaborative activities to deepen interpersonal connections and align team dynamics. Participants will establish clear norms and define roles to foster accountability and seamless collaboration throughout the school year. Beyond team structure, we will dive into our core instructional priorities: leveraging explicit teaching strategies and integrating Depth of Knowledge (DOK) frameworks. Together, these aligned practices will elevate classroom rigor and directly strengthen student achievement.
