Description: This session is a collaborative professional learning community designed to support Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs) in strengthening their leadership capacity and expanding their impact within schools. Participants will explore effective behavior support practices, build leadership and coaching skills, collaborate with colleagues to solve real-world challenges, and leave with practical strategies to enhance student outcomes and promote consistent, relationship-centered behavior supports.
