Description: This professional learning session provides educators with an understanding of the purpose and history of magnet schools, the unique mission of The School for Creative Studies, and the role of our Content Through Creativity theme in teaching and learning. Participants will explore research-based strategies for fostering creativity, examine practical tools for integrating the magnet theme into daily instruction, and collaborate with colleagues to apply these ideas to their own classrooms. By the end of the session, teachers will be equipped to design engaging learning experiences that reflect the SCS magnet vision while supporting student thinking, creativity, and achievement.
