Description: This session will support school social workers in strengthening comprehensive school social work programs that are aligned with the National School Social Work Practice Model, MTSS, and district priorities. Participants will explore evidence-informed, data-driven practices that address barriers to learning, improve access to supports, and enhance student outcomes. Through reflection, collaboration, and planning, school social workers will identify strategies to measure and demonstrate their impact on attendance, engagement, well-being, and academic success.
