Description: This session equips middle school leaders with the tools and structures needed to implement a highly effective and productive enrichment period that drives student growth and proficiency in ELA, Math, and Science 8. Participants will explore strategic scheduling models that maximize instructional time and ensure targeted support for all learners. The session will highlight best practices for monitoring student progress and leveraging district resources—including ALEKS, i-Ready, Reading Plus, and StudySync—to personalize learning pathways across content areas. Leaders will also learn how to facilitate impactful student data chats and support teachers in using real-time data to design responsive, small-group instruction in ELA, math, and science.
