Participants will explore how school counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses, administrators, and community partners can work together within integrated systems of support to create aligned, student centered approaches that promote consistency, effective communication, coordinated interventions, and collective responsibility for student success. Through collaborative discussions and reflection, attendees will gain practical strategies for building stronger multidisciplinary partnerships, improving service alignment, and fostering equitable, whole child support across school communities.
