Description: This professional development session equips school counselors with practical strategies to strengthen school climate and student support systems. Participants will explore the use of restorative circles to build community, apply a communication framework to enhance relationships within the school setting, review important Career and Technical Education updates for informed student advisement, and increase awareness of appropriate responses to non suicidal self injury.
