Description: This session supports teachers in aligning Depth of Knowledge (DOK), SMART goals, and lesson design to increase rigor and student achievement. Participants will analyze standards, determine appropriate DOK levels, and create measurable SMART goals that drive instruction. Teachers will refine lesson plans to include clear learning targets, aligned tasks, and effective checks for understanding to ensure meaningful student growth.
