Description: This training provides instructional assistants with a clear, practical introduction to UFLI Foundations and a guided refresher on the “must-do” routines that make lessons smooth, consistent, and effective. Participants will learn how to confidently support small groups and 1:1 instruction by practicing the core lesson flow, using the lesson materials accurately, and applying quick, in-the-moment responses when students get stuck. The session emphasizes high-leverage moves that increase student success—without adding extra planning or guesswork.
