Description: Making Every Minute Count is a schoolwide strategy focused on maximizing instructional time beyond the classroom. During this session, classroom teachers and support staff intentionally extend the learning strategies, routines, and language used in the classroom into hallways, common areas, transitions, and throughout the school day. The goal is to ensure consistent expectations, reinforce academic and behavioral skills, and create meaningful learning opportunities in every setting so that no instructional minute is lost
