Description: This meeting will focus on developing and refining lesson plans aligned with the Explicit Teaching Model (ETM). Participants will examine each phase of the model—Build Knowledge, Model and Deconstruct, Joint Construction, Supported Practice, Independent Practice, and Share and Reflect—to ensure lessons are intentionally designed to move students toward mastery.
