Description: This is 5 of 5 Saturday sessions Day 5:Designed to prepare for the Praxis, this session provides a historical perspective of the legal background behind programs for ELs There are many federal policies, laws, local guidelines, and historical court cases that have been the foundation of helping school systems develop programs to meet the needs of ELLs over the past couple of decades.
