Description: This session will provide both a refresher for returning staff and an introduction for those new to restorative practices. Participants will explore the core principles of building strong relationships, fostering trust, and addressing conflict in ways that repair harm and strengthen the school community. Through discussion and practical examples, staff will learn strategies for creating a positive classroom climate, facilitating restorative conversations, and integrating these practices into daily routines to support student growth and connection.
