Location: Jordan High School 102
Description: Participants will apply a four-step implementation process to align school counseling services with the North Carolina Student Success Standards. Through peer collaboration, counselors will analyze data, select relevant standards, and design measurable student learning objectives. Participants will also evaluate and rank intervention strategies based on delivery tier, appropriateness to the school counseling role, and potential student impact. The session will conclude with the development of an actionable plan to strengthen student achievement, postsecondary readiness, and social-emotional growth.
