By the end of this session, participants will be able to: be knowledgeable about key aspects of National Speech-Language-Hearing Month: increase public understanding of communication disorders, including hearing loss, speech and language difficulties, and swallowing problems; promote various resources, including information on early detection, prevention, and treatment options for communication disorders; celebrate SLPs and Audiologists within our district; discuss the impact of communication disorders on individuals' lives, emphasizing the importance of support for effective communication.
