This session is designed to support High School Career Development Coordinators (CDCs), Special Populations Coordinators (SPCs), and School Counselors goal planning and implementation. Participants will systematically analyze their school’s Career Development Plan (CDP) data, revisit the CDP Implementation Plan, and identify opportunities for district support. Additionally, the session provides guidance on using the accountability checklist to assess and enhance the effectiveness of planning efforts.
