Emma Refvem, Ph.D., NBCT is the 6-12 Science Specialist for Durham Public Schools. She is excited about the new science standards that incorporate science and engineering practices. Her experience involves teaching high school Earth & Environmental Science at all levels, including sheltered ESL, standard, honors, and AP.Â
