About me
It has been my privilege to serve the DPS community as Restorative Practices Coordinator for (6) years. During that time, I have studied with the International Institute of Restorative Practices to become licensed and certified as a trainer - because I believe in it! As a faculty member of Peaceful Schools of NC, it has also been my privilege to work with other schools and educators in the state who express a desire to build a restorative community. Restorative Practices is a way of life for everyone. I believe that our school communities are a good place to "sow the seeds" of change in our way of living with each other as we work, with intention, to build healthy relationships and remain responsible when we need to repair harm to those relationships.
