This session is designed to help you better understand how to meet the needs of all your students – those who have documented and potentially undocumented needs. This session will focus on creating equitable classrooms while also creating systems to ensure students of all academic levels are able to be successful in the CTE classroom. If you have you ever struggled to figure out how to make course content relevant and appropriate for all students or if you have received academically related accommodation or modification documentation for students and wondered, “what is this”, “how do I use this information” or “who is going to help me do this”, this session will help to answer those questions.

Building Strong Teams: A Recalibration of School CDP Implementation Plans for Middle Schools

This session is designed to support Middle School Career Development Coordinators (CDCs), Special Populations Coordinators (SPCs), and School Counselors goal planning and implementation. Participants will systematically analyze their school’s Career Development Plan (CDP) data, revisit the CDP Implementation Plan, and identify opportunities for district support. Additionally, the session provides guidance on using the accountability checklist to assess and enhance the effectiveness of planning efforts.
