Learners will:Make connections between universal behavior practices and your school’s MTSS frameworkUnderstand best practices with regard to universal behavior management practicesExamine your school’s current universal behavior management practices and plan for any improvement

Join us for a focused work session where we will delve into the use of universal screening data and course grades to assess student risk and inform our instructional strategies. In this collaborative environment, we will learn how to effectively input and analyze data in Panorama, ensuring we can identify students in need of support and track their progress over time.Please note: This is a hands-on work session.During this session, participants will:*Understand how to input and manage data in Panorama for optimal use.*Analyze course grades alongside screening data to develop a comprehensive view of student needs.*Collaborate with colleagues to create actionable plans for intervention and support based on data insights.Come prepared to engage, share, and enhance your skills in data utilization to create a positive impact on student success. STOP Violence Grant_ Restorative Practices for Educators_ Session 2 of 2 for teachers at Hillside; Northern; Riverside; or Southern High Schools

Certified IIRP Restorative Practice trainer will facility training Session 2 of 2 for Restorative Practices For Educators for selected teachers at Hillside, Northern, Riverside, and Southern High Schools (STOP Grant HS').This will be the 1 day version of IIRP Restorative Practices for Educators to be completed over the course of 2 sessionsdays: November 5 & 26. Participants will earn CEU's as well as a certificate indicating they have completed IIRP Restorative Practices training. The participants will have pre-work for each of the sessions that will be emailed to them in advance of each session. The virtual sessions will only last 2- hours and an additional hour has been allotted to accommodate the completion of the pre-work.
