Learn about a classwork grading system where kids keep an organized binder with numbered pages that you stamp during class (for completion or accuracy, you choose!), with 10-minute binder checks happening in class every other week or so. This system keeps kids organized and motivated (they want their stamps!), reduces grading for you as a teacher, and ensures that you check in with each student multiple times per class. This is a practice that has helped this career feel sustainable to me!
