Please join Peaceful Schools faculty for a free, full day session covering the essential Restorative Practices for Educators. In this intensive day-long training you will learn the essential components of Restorative Practices and Restorative Justice. Led by trained IIRP facilitators, the training will provide :a fundamental understanding of Restorative Practices in schools and youth centersthe mindset of a relationship-based approach to discipline and conflict resolutionthe process and practice of leading proactive community-building circles and activitieswhen and how to lead restorative conversations and healing circlesresources, reflection, and planning for effective school-wide implementationWe will be meeting onsite and outdoors (with cover in an open air pavilion) at DPS Hub Farm from 8:30am to 4:00pm on Wednesday, April 10th. Lunch will be on our own, so please bring a sack lunch, or be prepared to drive for a few minutes to grab something. We will send out confirmations with any additional information the week prior to the 10th. It's an amazing space with amazing people, so come join us!!
