Ensure Data Managers, Counselors and Test Coordinators understand the policies regarding dropping students from EOC courses and the implications of doing so after the 10th day for semester courses or 20th day for year long courses. Provide course codes for EOC courses and reminders for online and Credit Recovery EOC courses.

K-5 Literacy/ELA will (1) learn how to utilize proper scoring procedures for D8 measures; (2) navigate the Online Assessment Management Portal for assessment, reporting, and progress monitoring; and (3) reflect on the invalidation process to preempt potential administrative errors.

As a result of this activity, the participating SLP will be able to compare SLP evaluation reports to Durham Public Schools and NC Department of Public Instruction (March 2021; p. 9-13, 62-70) assessment guidelines and procedures through an objective and supportive checklist- based review process.
