Ignite Online Academy! Equity in Advanced Academics Leadership Committee The responsibilities of the Equity in Advanced Academics Leadership Committee include, but are not limited, to the following: review annually the local AIG plan to ensure school alignment determine the extent to which the local plan for the previous year was implemented at the school develop annual goals and priorities based on the AIG Program Standards, Critical Actions for Equity and Excellence, district initiatives, key priorities, and school improvement plans monitor the progress of annual goals at each meeting review and make recommendations on student nominations for district level AIG Identification advocate for equitable access to advanced learning opportunities for all advanced students
