Grade level and instructional leaders at RHMS will meet to discuss building level successes and needs.

Participants will learn strategies to prevent problem behaviors, verbal de-escalation skills and personal safety techniques.Physical interventions will be taught to be implemented as a last resort when students are a danger to self or others.Staff will also be instructed on appropriate documentation and reporting of physical restraints.

Special Program teams will learn how to adapt the 6 co-teaching models to provide instruction in the Special Education classroom to allow for co-instruction.
