This session is ONLY for coaches that are already enrolled in the SPARK Network focused on increasing student achievement.Coaches enrolled in this SPARK network will connect with others and deepen their understanding of how to increase the student acheivement of all subgroups through discussion, research, observation, and working through the PDSA cycle.
SPARK network session for coaches who have signed up to collaborate with other coaches in DPS interested in improving math instruction at their schools.
Restorative practices is an essential process for creating a positive learning environment, building social capital, and resolving relational issues. During this two-day introductory experience, participants will learn the fundamental theory for restorative practices, and explore practices for building and strengthening relationships and community.

This is session 1 of 2 in the implementation of co-teaching models toprovide specially designed instruction and collect IEP goal data for students with disabilities in inclusion classrooms.
During the PLC, coaches will connect and collaborate with their peers to process new learning from the Volume 2 unit; identify connections between LETRS and DPS curriculums, assessments, and processes; practice coaching instructional routines from LETRS, and receive ready to use materials to facilitate the LETRS PLC at their schools.
Coaches will work as a PLC to research CRP and identify effective practices to build teacher capacity in order to increase student achievement by utilizing identified practices.
Coaches will study and experience Instructional Rounds with the HQMI Discourse Tool; Coaches will study and reflect on Equitable Teaching, Learning, and Assessing Practices
Teachers with an Alternative License (Permit to Teach, Emergency License, or Residency License) are required to receive additional hours of professional learning and licensure support. These sessions will help teachers navigate the licensure process and meet their requirements successfully.
