EC - Using Goalbook for Progress Monitoring
YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR THIS WEBINAR USING THE MATERIALS LINK. In this 45-minute webinar, participants will learn how to adapt learning goals to create benchmarks for monitoring progress. We will explore how the progress monitoring assessments in Goalbook can be used to measure progress towards meeting those goals and objectives. We'll also show how to use the many editable data collection templates to record student progress. Additionally, we'll explore how these goals and assessment items can be used in remote, hybrid, and in-person learning environments. Lastly, participants will have an opportunity to engage with Goalbook, and it may be helpful to come with a student in mind.

BT Academy: Culturally Responsive Teaching - Teaching Strategies Part 2 (Fall)

Passing the Praxis CKT7813 & Pearson Foundations of Reading Test (190) with commitment; time and effort (4 sessions for Elementary Teachers)

The sessions will cover all subareas of the Pearson Foundations of Reading(FOR) and all categories of Praxis CKT7813 Math. During four sessions in the fall (4 consecutive Thursdays beginning 10/19), Beginning Teachers will be provided with content, tools and strategies needed to pass both tests. BTs will be asked to complete practice work between sessions based on the topic of each session. If teachers have taken a test and failed, the presenter will analyze student scores and conference with the teachers during scheduled appointments. This will help the presenters better understand the audience and tailor sessions accordingly. In addition, materials for independent study will be provided for teachers to be used in conjunction with the class, etc.
